PRO POWER Green Solderable Enamelled Copper Wire, 0.15mm, 4 Pack
High-quality solderable enamelled copper wire (0.15mm, 1500V) for PCB repair, wiring & coil forming. 38m per reel, 4-pack.
The PRO POWER Green Solderable Enamelled Copper Wire is a high-quality wiring solution designed for precision electrical applications. This 0.15mm diameter wire, coated in a self-fluxing polyurethane jacket, conforms to BS4520 Grade 2 (incorporated within BS6811 Section 1, Pt. 3), ensuring reliability and performance.
With a rated voltage of 1500V, this wire is perfect for prototype wiring, PCB track repair, shorting links, and coil forming. The self-fluxing polyurethane coating eliminates the need for additional flux, making soldering more efficient. However, it requires a soldering temperature of 400°C to 480°C to remove the enamel effectively.
Applications
- Prototype wiring
- PCB track repair
- Shorting links
- Coil forming
Safety Note: During soldering, the polyurethane coating may produce small amounts of toluene di-isocyanate (T.D.I.), so fume extraction is recommended to ensure safe working conditions (below 0.02 ppm).
This product is suitable for industrial applications and is supplied in a convenient 4-pack, offering excellent value for professionals and hobbyists alike.
