The Proto-Advantage SOIC-16 to DIP-16 SMT 1.27mm Pitch Adaptor is part of the Chip Quik Compact Series, designed to facilitate seamless prototyping and circuit integration. This surface mount adaptor efficiently converts a 16-SOIC package to a 16-DIP format, accommodating 150 mil and 200 mil body widths with a 1.27mm pin pitch, and converting to a 300 mil body width with a 0.1-inch pin pitch.

Engineered for precision, the bottom side machine pins come pre-installed, saving valuable time during assembly. The pins feature a high-quality gold plating of 1µm over 50µm nickel, measuring 0.46mm in diameter and 3mm in length. They are installed using surface mount technology combined with partial through-hole technology to ensure exact positional accuracy.

Constructed from FR-4 UL94V-0 rated PCB material, this adaptor provides reliability and durability for your electronic projects.
