High-quality RAYCHEM heat shrink tubing (2.4mm, clear) for electrical insulation. Military & UL/CSA approved.
The RAYCHEM TE CONNECTIVITY Heat Shrink Tubing offers superior insulation and protection for electrical components. This high-performance, flexible polyolefin tubing is ideal for various industrial and commercial applications requiring durability and reliability.
Conforming to MIL-DTL-23053/5 Class 1&2, VG95353 Part 5B, and DEF-STAN 59-97 Type 2B, this tubing ensures compliance with stringent military and aerospace standards. Additionally, it is UL (E35586) and CSA (LR31929) recognised for safety and performance.
With a shrink ratio of 2:1, this clear tubing transitions from an initial diameter of 2.4mm (0.094″) down to 1.2mm (0.047″) when heated, providing a snug fit around irregular shapes. The material boasts an operating temperature range of -55°C to +135°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of +95°C, making it suitable for both low and high-temperature environments.
