RENESAS ICL7660A DC-DC Adjustable Charge Pump Voltage Converter, DIP-8, 45mA

The RENESAS ICL7660ACPAZ is a CMOS voltage converter that delivers reliable power supply conversion for a wide range of applications. This monolithic charge pump IC converts a positive input voltage into a complementary negative output, covering an input range of +1.5V to +12V and producing corresponding outputs from -1.5V to -12V. It is an ideal solution for generating dual supplies from a single positive rail.

Designed for ease of use, the ICL7660A requires only two non-critical external capacitors for the charge pump and reservoir functions, eliminating the need for complex external components. It can also be configured as a voltage doubler, achieving output voltages up to +18.6V from a +10V input.
