It is an ideal solution for generating dual supplies from a single positive rail.
Designed for ease of use, the ICL7660A requires only two non-critical external capacitors for the charge pump and reservoir functions, eliminating the need for complex external components. It can also be configured as a voltage doubler, achieving output voltages up to +18.6V from a +10V input.
