The Signet AC Induction Loop Amplifier System (PDA200E) is a cost-effective solution designed to drive a perimeter loop of up to 200 square metres, making it ideal for most 'free space' applications. When correctly installed, it is fully compliant as a perimeter loop system as described in BS7594, clause 10 A3 BS EN 60118-4, ensuring reliable performance for hearing aid users.

This amplifier features two balanced/unbalanced line level inputs and one microphone input with phantom power (12V) for electret microphones, offering flexible connectivity for various audio sources. It is fully compatible with the Outreach plate audio input extension system, allowing for easy integration into existing setups.

The system includes a metal compensation control to improve intelligibility in rooms with high metal content, and a fully automatic compressor-limiter that maintains a consistent loop signal for enhanced speech clarity. Each input has a separate internal tamper-resistant control for manual adjustment, ensuring secure and precise settings. Front panel indicators display compression, output (peak current 3, 2, 1), and power-on status.
