It supports 5V VCC operation, with inputs accepting voltages up to 5.5V, and provides down translation to VCC. The gate delivers a maximum propagation delay time of 3.6ns at 3.3V, ensuring fast and efficient signal processing.
With low power consumption of 10μA maximum ICC and an output drive of ±24mA at 3.3V, this logic gate is optimised for energy-efficient designs. The Ioff feature supports live insertion, partial-power-down mode, and back drive protection. It also boasts latch-up performance exceeding 100mA per JESD 78, Class II, and is classified as a green product with no Antimony or Bromine.
