SUCO Diaphragm Pressure Switch, 4A, 0.3 to 1.5 bar

The SUCO Diaphragm Pressure Switch is a precision-engineered component designed for reliable pressure monitoring in demanding environments. Featuring a robust zinc-plated steel body, it offers an IP65 protection rating, making it resistant to dust and water jets, and ensuring dependable operation in a variety of industrial settings.

Its core is a high-quality EPDM diaphragm seal, which is specifically compatible with a wide range of media, including water, hydrogen, seawater, acetylene, ozone, oxygen, and brake fluid. This versatility makes it an excellent choice for diverse sensing and instrumentation applications. The switch utilises a 1/4” BSP threaded connection for straightforward and secure installation.

The internal electrical system is built around a robust SPDT (Single Pole, Double Throw) changeover contact, rated for up to 4A. This provides reliable switching capabilities for control circuits. Electrical connection is simplified via the built-in DIN connector, facilitating quick and secure wiring.

Engineered for accuracy and endurance, this pressure switch operates within a range of 0.3 to 1.5 bar, with a tight tolerance of ±0.2bar. It is tested to withstand 100 bar of static overpressure and is rated for over 1 million (10⁶) operations at 50 bar, guaranteeing long-term reliability under cyclic loading. Its operational temperature range spans from -30°C to 100°C, allowing it to perform consistently in both cold and hot conditions.
