The TEMPO TM-700 Telephone Test Set is an essential tool for technicians installing, servicing, and maintaining voice services. This professional test set is DSL compatible in both Monitor and Talk modes, ensuring reliable performance on modern lines. The built-in LCD screen clearly displays polarity, voltage, current, and ringing frequencies, as well as speed dials and recent numbers for faster, more efficient access.

Engineered for safety, the TM-700 includes over-voltage and over-current detection, protecting both the user and the device. For enhanced productivity, it features an Intercom mode for dead-pair talking, a built-in tone generator for pair tracing, and DTMF detection and measurement. The device supports tone and pulse dialling, making it compatible with both old and new phone lines, and includes user options for USA or ETSI telephony standards.

The included headset allows for hands-free operation, complemented by a volume control and mute function. A luminescent (glow-in-the-dark) keypad ensures visibility in low-light conditions, while the super impedance amplifier enables line monitoring without disrupting traffic. The RJ11 socket simplifies cord changes, and memory functions include ten-number redial and ten-number speed dial memories. This test set requires 2x AA batteries (not supplied).
