CMOS dual op-amp with rail-to-rail I/O, 1.5MHz bandwidth, low power. Ideal for data acquisition and battery systems.
The LMC6482IN/NOPB from Texas Instruments is a CMOS dual operational amplifier featuring rail-to-rail input and output swing. It is ideal for systems such as data acquisition that require a large input signal range, ensuring maximum dynamic signal range in low voltage and single supply systems. The rail-to-rail output swing is guaranteed for loads down to 600Ω, and the amplifier's low-voltage characteristics and low-power dissipation make it especially suitable for battery-operated systems.
Key features include rail-to-rail input common-mode voltage range, rail-to-rail output swing, and an ultralow 20fA input current, enhancing accuracy in sensitive applications. The device also provides a power-good output and is a green product with no Sb/Br. It offers two channels with a gain bandwidth product of 1.5MHz and a slew rate of 1.3V/µs.
Operational from a 3V to 15.5V supply, the amplifier is housed in a DIP package with 8 pins and is through-hole mounted. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The low input offset voltage (110µV) and low input bias current (0.02pA) ensure precision in a variety of applications, including medical equipment.
Important Handling Note: This device has limited built-in ESD protection. Leads should be shorted together or the device placed in conductive foam during storage or handling to prevent electrostatic damage to the MOS gates.
