This two-bit, non-inverting translator uses two separate configurable power-supply rails, eliminating the need for a dedicated direction-control signal and simplifying circuit design. The A ports support operating voltages from 1.65V to 3.6V, while the B ports support voltages from 2.3V to 5.5V, allowing for flexible translation between standard logic levels like 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, and 5V. A key feature is its efficient power management. When the output-enable (OE) input is low, all I/O ports enter a high-impedance state, significantly reducing quiescent current consumption.
