These thermal cut-offs (or thermal fuses) are designed to accurately and reliably interrupt an electrical circuit when operating temperatures exceed their specific rated temperature, offering vital protection against overheating in critical applications.
Engineered for higher voltage and current demands, the G5 series features an internal construction capable of safely interrupting higher currents and withstanding elevated temperatures. Its current interrupt capacity is up to 20A at 250V AC, making it suitable for robust industrial and commercial equipment. The functioning temperature (Tf) spans a wide range from 72°C to 240°C, with this specific model rated at 93°C.
