Timco 6.3x125mm Thin Sheet Metal to Timber Screws, Hex Head, EPDM Washer, 100-P
Corrosion-resistant Timco hex screws with EPDM washers. Perfect for outdoor sheet metal-to-timber fixing. 500+hrs salt spray resistance.
The Timco 6.3x125mm Thin Sheet Metal to Timber Screws are designed for securely fastening sheet metal (up to 0.8mm thick) to timber. These screws feature a corrosion-resistant exterior plating, ensuring durability in harsh conditions, including resistance against over 500 hours of salt spray. The built-in EPDM washer provides an effective seal against water ingress, making them ideal for outdoor use.
The slash point tip reduces installation torque and minimises the risk of timber splitting, especially in low-edge-distance applications. These screws are made from hardened carbon steel, offering exceptional strength and longevity. The hex head design ensures a firm grip with standard tools, and the fixed washer enhances stability and load distribution.
With an effective thread length of 122mm, these screws provide superior holding power. The 8mm socket size and 12.00mm washer diameter offer compatibility with standard tools while ensuring a tight, secure fit.
