Timco Casement Fastener Satin Chrome
Timco Casement Fastener in satin chrome solid brass, reversible for left or right windows, includes hook, plate and fixings for internal wooden casements.
Overview
The Timco Casement Fastener provides a traditional and effective method for securing wooden casement windows. Designed for internal use where no gasket is present, it offers a snug and secure close.
Construction
Crafted from high‑quality solid brass and finished in satin chrome, the fastener combines durability with an aesthetic that naturally complements period timber frames. Its solid construction resists corrosion and withstands daily operation.
Reversible Design
A practical reversible design allows the same hardware to suit both left‑hand and right‑hand opening windows, simplifying stock for tradespeople and homeowners. The system operates as a non‑locking fastener, using a simple hook and plate mechanism that is easy to operate while keeping the window firmly shut against drafts.
Installation
Installation is straightforward; the pack includes the hook, plate and all required fixings, providing a complete matching set ready for fitting.
