The Timco FAS Fire Door Foam is a professional‑grade, gun‑application polyurethane foam designed to seal gaps between walls and fire‑door frames. It expands to fill cavities completely, creating an effective fire barrier that has been tested for 30 to 60 minutes fire resistance. The formulation also offers a sound reduction of up to 60 dB Rw, making it suitable for both commercial and residential projects where acoustic performance is required.
