Timco 5.5x38mm heavy-duty self-drilling screws for metal-to-steel installations, with EPDM washer. No pre-drilling needed.
The Timco Heavy Section Screws are engineered for attaching metal to heavy section steel (up to 12mm thickness) without requiring pre-drilling. These screws combine strength and durability, making them ideal for exterior applications where robust fastening is essential.
Constructed with a bi-metal design, these screws feature a hardened carbon steel drill tip fused to an A2-304 Austenitic Stainless Steel body, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and long-term performance. The self-drilling No.5 point enables quick and efficient installation, while the hex head with a fixed EPDM washer (11.00mm diameter) provides a secure and weatherproof seal.
