These screws feature a hex head for easy installation with a spanner or wrench, and a sharp point for quick penetration. The thread length is approximately two-thirds of the overall screw length (e.g., a 60mm screw has a 36mm thread). For hardwoods, pre-drilling pilot holes is recommended to prevent splitting.
