TRIPUS DPST rocker switch with off-on operation and voltage loss protection. Panel mount, IP40/IP54, 16A 230V AC.
The TRIPUS 3251-01.01 is a double-pole single-throw (DPST) auxiliary rocker switch featuring a white actuator cap and an off-on switch operation. Designed for voltage loss protection, this panel-mount switch is a new type of manually operated switch that ensures safety in industrial environments.
When turned on, an electromagnet sets the switch. If any voltage loss occurs, the power is tripped out automatically. The switch must then be manually re-set before power can be restored, preventing inadvertent re-start of machinery or equipment. This feature is crucial for applications where unexpected re-energisation could pose a risk.
The switch features bipolar contacts and a snap-in fixing for easy installation. It requires a cut-out size of 45.3 x 21.8mm and offers IP40 and IP54 protection ratings, making it suitable for various industrial settings. It is non-illuminated and comes with quick connect terminals for secure wiring.
