VISHAY radial leaded ceramic disc capacitor, 27pF, 3kV. Ideal for DC and pulse high voltage applications in lighting and power management.
The VISHAY Ceramic Disc Capacitor is a radial leaded, lower voltage, single-layer device designed specifically for DC and pulse high voltage applications. Constructed from a high-quality ceramic disc, both sides feature silver plating to ensure excellent conductivity and reliable performance.
Connection leads are crafted from tinned copper with a diameter of 0.032 inches, and the capacitor may be supplied with either radial kinked or straight leads. The lead spacing is 6.4mm (0.375 inches), offering flexibility for various installation requirements. The component is coated with either a standard resin or a flame-retardant epoxy resin, which complies with UL94V-0 safety standards.
This capacitor delivers low losses, high stability, and high capacitance within a compact size, making it an efficient choice for space-constrained assemblies. With a standard tolerance of ±20%, it operates reliably across a wide temperature range from -25°C to 105°C.
