The VISHAY DG419DY-E3 is a high-performance monolithic CMOS analogue switch designed for precision switching of analogue signals. It features a single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) configuration with guaranteed break-before-make switching to prevent signal shorting. An epitaxial layer is incorporated to eliminate latch-up, enhancing reliability in critical applications.
This switch conducts equally well in both directions when on and effectively blocks signals up to the power supply level when off. It is characterised by a low 20Ω on-resistance (RDS(on)), enabling minimal signal attenuation. With a fast 100ns turn-on time (tON) and ultralow power consumption of just 35nW, it is ideal for power-sensitive and high-speed circuitry.
The device supports a wide supply voltage range of up to ±15V (44V maximum rating), offering a broad dynamic range for various signal levels. This contributes to low signal errors and distortion, ensuring signal integrity.
