Vishay Power MOSFET N-Channel, 60V, 2A, SOT-23 Surface Mount

The Vishay Power MOSFET is a robust, automotive-qualified semiconductor designed for high-reliability applications. Manufactured on a dedicated process flow, this N-Channel device from the TrenchFET® SQ series instils exceptional ruggedness and performance stability.

Rated for a maximum junction temperature of 175°C, it is built to endure demanding environments. The lead- and halogen-free SOT-23 package offers a compact, surface-mount solution while maintaining excellent electrical characteristics. It features a low drain-source on-state resistance (Rds(on)) of just 0.24 ohms, which minimises power loss and heat generation during operation.

This MOSFET is part of the AEC-Q101 qualified series, meeting stringent automotive industry standards for quality and durability. Its ultra-compact SOT-23 form factor saves valuable board space compared to larger packages like the D2PAK or DPAK, making it ideal for space-constrained designs without compromising on electrical performance or thermal management.

The device's construction ensures high power dissipation capability of up to 3 watts, supported by its robust thermal characteristics. With a gate-source threshold voltage maximum of 600mV, it offers efficient switching control. The MSL 1 (Moisture Sensitivity Level) rating of unlimited provides flexibility in handling and storage prior to assembly.
