VISHAY Schottky Rectifier DO-214AC (SMA) 30V 3A 450mV

VISHAY Schottky Rectifier DO-214AC (SMA) 30V 3A provides a maximum forward voltage drop of 450 mV for efficient power conversion in compact circuits. This surface-mount Schottky barrier rectifier is designed for demanding electronic applications, offering high current density and efficiency in a compact footprint.

Overview

The rectifier is characterised by its low forward voltage drop, which is a maximum of 450 mV. This helps reduce power losses and supports higher overall system efficiency. An integrated guard-ring provides overvoltage protection, supporting resilience in volatile electrical environments. The device is qualified to the AEC-Q101 standard, which makes it suitable for automotive applications where reliability is critical.
