WEEN Quad Triac TO-220AB 600V 16A

This WEEN Semiconductors Quad Triac is a planar passivated, sensitive gate four-quadrant triac supplied in a SOT78 (TO-220AB) plastic package. It is designed for applications demanding high bidirectional transient and blocking voltage capability, along with excellent thermal cycling performance.

The sensitive gate ‘Series E’ design allows direct interfacing to microcontrollers, logic integrated circuits and other low-power gate trigger circuits, enabling straightforward control in a variety of electronic designs.
