WEEN SEMICONDUCTORS BT136-600D Triac, 600V, 4A, TO-220AB. Very sensitive gate. Ideal for motor drive and industrial control.
The BT136-600D,127 from WEEN SEMICONDUCTORS is a planar passivated, very sensitive gate four-quadrant Triac. It is specifically designed for general purpose bidirectional switching and phase control applications where high sensitivity is required in all four quadrants.
This 'series D' Triac is intended to interface directly with microcontrollers, logic integrated circuits, and other low-power gate trigger circuits, allowing for direct triggering from low power drivers and logic ICs. It offers high blocking voltage capability, low holding current for low current loads, and delivers the lowest EMI at commutation.
The device features a planar passivated construction for enhanced voltage ruggedness and reliability, and is capable of triggering in all four quadrants. With a high sensitivity gate, it ensures reliable performance in demanding switching applications.
