The WEEN SEMICONDUCTORS Planar Passivated Four Quadrant Triac is housed in a SOT78D (IITO-220) internally insulated plastic package, making it perfectly suited for general purpose bidirectional switching and phase control applications. This robust component is engineered to deliver reliable performance in demanding environments.
Key Features
This triac boasts a high voltage capability alongside a high junction operating temperature, reaching a maximum of 150 °C. It features the least sensitive gate, ensuring the highest noise immunity, and a high minimum I(GT) for guaranteed immunity to gate noise. Furthermore, the device triggers in all four quadrants and comes in an internally insulated package with an isolated mounting base providing 2500 V (RMS) isolation.
Applications
