This triac boasts a high voltage capability alongside a high junction operating temperature, reaching a maximum of 150 °C. It features the least sensitive gate, ensuring the highest noise immunity, and a high minimum I(GT) for guaranteed immunity to gate noise. Furthermore, the device triggers in all four quadrants and comes in an internally insulated package with an isolated mounting base providing 2500 V (RMS) isolation.
