The Weller Tools Fume Extractor Add-On Kit is designed to effectively convert your soldering pencil into a source fume extraction pencil, ensuring a safer and cleaner working environment. This universal fume extraction (FE) attachment kit includes a tube with a 6mm diameter, making it suitable for use with Weller WSP80, WP80, WP65, WXP65, WP120, and WXP120 series soldering irons. Please note that the soldering irons themselves are not included.
This kit is particularly suited for macro soldering applications that generate higher fume consumption. The clip securely fastens to the soldering iron using an O-ring for stable operation, and the fume extraction tube has a diameter of 4.7mm. The attachment kit contains an extraction tube, tube clip, hose, O-ring, and cord clip, providing the essential components needed for immediate setup.
Additionally, when utilised as part of a small central system, the funnel is easy to install and operate. The central system components supplied include two hose connectors, a flexible hose, a flex arm, a funnel nozzle, a valve, and a bracket, making it ready for installation at the workplace. The system is powered by a robust, maintenance-free turbine that delivers continuous fume extraction with a maximum air extraction rate of 230 m³/h. Featuring constant flow control, the adjustable turbine speed prevents unnecessary waste of suction power, helping to save energy while maintaining optimal performance.
