The Wiha slimBit VDE Insulated Slotted Screwdriver Bits, 7 Piece set is specifically designed to resolve the issue of reaching low-lying screws where conventional electric screwdriver blade diameters are often too large. By integrating protective insulation directly into the blade using Wiha slimTECHNOLOGY, removing insulation is no longer necessary, ensuring user safety is not compromised.

Specially developed for electrical applications, this technology ensures the blades are up to 33% slimmer. This allows easy access to low-lying screws and spring elements. Each of the insulated slimBits undergoes individual piece testing according to the international IEC 60900 standard, tested at 10,000V AC and approved for safe working on live parts up to 1,000V AC.

The bits are conveniently stored in an ingenious compact bit box, which provides an optimum view of the screw profiles and easy access. For maximum versatility, these slimBits can be combined with speedE® or slimVario® handles, making them ideal for fastening deep-set screws.
