Yale P2 Double Security Nightlatch, 40mm Backset, Brasslux Finish

The Yale P2 Double Security Nightlatch is designed for timber external doors, offering high security and ease of use. This versatile lock is particularly suited for glass-panelled doors, where conventional locks may not provide sufficient protection. The exterior features key-operated access, while the interior can be operated via both a key or lever handle. For additional security, the internal handle is lockable.

A standout feature is its automatic deadlocking mechanism, which engages when the door is closed. The snib function (bolt hold-back button) allows the latch to be held open when needed. Built with a 6-pin high-performance cylinder, the P2 boasts an anti-carding 20mm bolt for enhanced resistance against forced entry. It also comes with a 2-year guarantee, ensuring peace of mind.

With a 40mm backset, this nightlatch is ideal for doors with restricted space, such as narrow glass-panelled doors. It includes an 1109 external cylinder for added convenience.
