Our 4mm Low-Ion Toughened Glass offers a high-quality solution for both commercial and residential glazing needs. Custom cut to your exact specifications, these polished glass panels are ideal for single glazing replacements in sash windows, casement windows, greenhouses, internal doors, table tops, and kitchen frames.
Each piece is BS Kite Mark Approved (BS EN12150) and comes with a toughening certified stamp. Polished items also feature a laser-etched stamp on one edge for authenticity. We can cut bespoke sizes up to 500mm x 500mm or 600mm x 400mm, with an allowance of +/- 3mm tolerance.
Simply select your preferred glass thickness and finishing, then message us with your custom dimensions. Your glass will be cut and dispatched within 1-3 working days. We also offer 4mm and 6mm glass in various types and finishes to suit all requirements.
