3M 50-Pin IDC D-Sub Plug, Steel, Gold Plated
Durable 3M 50-pin IDC D-Sub plug with steel shell & gold-plated contacts. Ideal for industrial data & control systems.
The 3M 50-Pin IDC D-Sub Plug (8250-6005) is a high-quality connector designed for industrial applications. Its robust construction ensures reliable performance, featuring a steel shell with a bright nickel-plated finish for durability and corrosion resistance.
This 50-way D-sub plug uses insulation displacement contact (IDC/IDT) termination, ensuring secure and efficient connections. The glass-filled polyester (PBT) insulation provides excellent electrical properties, while the open cover design offers lower insertion and withdrawal force compared to other 50-position connectors.
