Dormer A002 HSS-TiN Coated Jobber Drill Bits 2.50mm (2-Pack)
Dormer's TiN-coated 2.5mm jobber drills for precise metalworking. Reduced wear, faster cutting & improved chip evacuation.
The Dormer A002 Metric HSS-TiN Coated Jobber Drill Bits are precision-engineered for optimal performance in metalworking applications. Each bit features a pointed web and fluted tip design for efficient cutting with reduced axial force, ensuring accurate centring during operation. The optimised web design enhances strength and rigidity while improving feed rates.
The unique flute geometry allows for superior chip formation and evacuation, minimising clogging and heat buildup. These drill bits feature visible in-situ markings for easy identification during use, saving time on the job. The optimised helix angle provides exceptional stiffness across the full diameter range.
With their bright body finish and Titanium Nitride (TiN) coating, these bits deliver improved cutting performance on ductile materials. The TiN coating offers excellent resistance to flank and crater wear while reducing friction, enabling faster cutting speeds and extended tool life. Ideal for professional precision drilling applications where performance and durability matter.
Key Features:
- High Speed Steel (HSS) construction for durability
- Titanium Nitride coating for reduced wear and friction
- Pointed web and fluted tip design for accurate centring
