Dormer Solid Carbide Bright Rotary Burr, Pointed Tree, 12.7x6mm
Durable Dormer rotary burr with pointed tree ball nose for efficient metal machining & grinding.
The Dormer P813 Solid Carbide Bright Rotary Burr features a pointed tree ball nose geometry, designed for skip flute grinding and increased strength at the centre. This exceptional design reduces the chance of swarf congestion and enhances the cutting action closer to the centre, resulting in higher efficiency during machining.
With double cut teeth, this rotary burr is ideally suited for general machining, offering improved ease of control, a higher metal removal rate, and effective swarf breaking into manageable pieces.
Manufactured with toughened and hardened steel shanks, the burr provides rigidity and strength, preventing bending and minimising vibrations for an extended tool life. The special brazing elements ensure excellent braze strength, while the carbide construction delivers exceptional impact resistance, capable of withstanding high forces and elevated temperatures without failure.
