Dormer Solid Carbide Rotary Burr - 9.6mm Cylinder Without Endcut
Dormer P801 solid carbide rotary burr (9.6mm) with double-cut design for precision machining & metal removal.
The Dormer P801 Solid Carbide Rotary Burrs are precision-engineered cutting tools designed for general machining applications. These cylinder-shaped burrs feature a double-cut design which improves control, increases metal removal rates, and breaks swarf into manageable pieces for easier handling.
Built with toughened and hardened steel shanks, these rotary burrs offer exceptional rigidity and strength, minimising bending and vibration during operation to extend tool life. The components are precision-ground to h6 (Carbide) and h7 (Steel) standards for optimal performance.
These burrs boast excellent impact strength, ensuring they can withstand high forces and elevated temperatures without failure. A special brazing process enhances braze strength, further improving durability and reliability in demanding applications.
