The Everbuild Sika Firespan Intumescent Double Socket Pads are designed to maintain fire and smoke barriers, ensuring safety where service holes are cut into dry lining and fire-rated boarding. These pads can be used on both the inside or outside of electrical socket boxes, providing a reliable solution for maintaining structural integrity in case of fire.

Tested to EN 1366-3, these pads offer up to 2 hours of fire protection, while also preserving the acoustic integrity of the drylining system. They are acoustic-rated to BS EN ISO 140/3 and tested for air permeability to EN 12141-1 for building ventilation performance.

Key features include high-tack adhesion, pliability, and self-bonding properties, making them easy to mould and apply securely. Each pad measures 4mm thick, 230mm x 170mm, ensuring effective coverage for standard socket boxes.
