Faithfull Soft Grip Bevel Edge Chisel 38mm
Faithfull 38mm bevel edge chisel with soft grip handle and durable chrome vanadium steel blade for precise woodworking.
The Faithfull Soft Grip Wood Chisels are designed to meet the needs of both professional tradesmen and dedicated DIY enthusiasts. Crafted from drop-forged chrome vanadium steel, the blades are hardened and tempered to rigorous standards, ensuring the cutting edge retains its sharpness for extended periods. The bevelled edge blade design makes these chisels perfect for intricate work and accessing tight corners with precision.
Enhancing user comfort, the chisels feature anti-slip, soft grip handles with an added steel striking cap. This cap provides extra protection when the chisel is struck with a mallet or hammer, making it durable for both delicate and more demanding tasks.
Optimal Sharpening Guide: For best results, the chisel should be sharpened to a double angle profile, with the blade ground to 25° and the leading edge (cutting angle) at 30°. Use a honing guide (such as the FAIHG) along with an oil stone, diamond stone, or whetstone for complete accuracy.
Each purchase includes 1 x Faithfull Soft Grip Bevel Edge Chisel (38mm/1.5 inches) for your woodworking projects.
