ForgeFix ForgeFast TORX® Compatible Decking Screws 4.5x50mm, Green, Tub of 600
High-performance TORX® decking screws with 30x corrosion resistance, self-drilling thread & CE load-bearing approval. Tub of 600.
The ForgeFix ForgeFast TORX® Compatible Decking Screws are specifically designed for fixing into both softwood and hardwood. Featuring a deep TORX® compatible T25 drive, these screws reduce cam-out, allowing for higher torque levels and a firmer drive. The super sharp tip ensures immediate bite from the first turn, while the recessed under-head ribs provide excellent countersinking for a flush finish. A patented self-drilling thread eliminates the need for pre-drilling, significantly reducing the likelihood of timber splitting—even when screwing close to edges.
Corrosion-resistant and durable, these screws are protected by elementech 2000 surface treatment, offering up to 30 times longer corrosion resistance compared to standard zinc-coated screws. The screws demonstrate exceptional pull-out resistance and can flex up to 35mm, minimising the risk of shearing when used in flexible materials.
CE-approved for load-bearing timber construction, these screws provide reliability and strength for structural applications. Ideal for decking, fencing, and outdoor timber projects, these high-performance screws guarantee a long-lasting, secure hold in all weather conditions.
