ForgeFix Hex Head Screws 6.3x25mm, Self-Drilling, Pack of 100
Self-drilling ForgeFix hex head screws (6.3x25mm) with weatherproof sealing and corrosion resistance. Ideal for cladding and sheet metal.
ForgeFix TechFast Hex Head Screws are engineered for efficient fixing of cladding and sheet metal to timber frameworks. These screws feature a hex slash point head and self-drilling tip, ensuring quick and easy installation without the need for pre-drilling.
Each screw is equipped with a rubber washer beneath the aluminium flange. Under pressure, this washer expands to create a permanent, weatherproof seal—ideal for outdoor applications where moisture resistance is crucial. The screws are zinc plated and finished with an 'Elementech' coating, providing superior corrosion resistance. This coating has been rigorously tested, passing salt spray testing for up to 1,000 hours, ensuring long-lasting durability in harsh conditions.
