ForgeFix Hex/TORX Timber Screws Tan 7x100mm (50 Pack)
Self-drilling ForgeFix timber screws with TORX® drive, elementech 2000 anti-corrosion, and 35° flex—CE approved for structural use.
The ForgeFix Hexagonal/TORX® Compatible Timber Screws provide superior performance when fixing into softwood or hardwood. Designed with a combination hexagonal head and deep TORX® compatible insert, these screws reduce cam-out while allowing for higher torque transfer and a firmer drive. Their ultra-sharp tip ensures immediate bite from the first turn, and the patented self-drilling thread eliminates the need for pre-drilling, minimising the risk of wood splitting—even near edges. Hardened case and core construction deliver exceptional strength and durability.
Protected by elementech 2000 surface treatment, these screws offer corrosion resistance up to 30 times longer than standard zinc-coated alternatives. Engineered to resist pull-out forces, they can flex up to 35°, reducing the likelihood of shearing in flexible materials. These screws are CE approved for use in load-bearing timber construction, making them ideal for structural applications.
