ForgeFix Hex/TORX® Timber Screws, Tan, 7x250mm, Tub 40

The ForgeFix Hexagonal/TORX® Compatible Timber Screws are designed for fixing into both softwood and hardwood, providing exceptional strength and ease of installation. Their combination hexagonal head and deep TORX® compatible insert significantly reduce cam-out, allowing for higher torque application and a more secure drive. The super sharp tip ensures immediate bite from the first turn, while the patented self-drilling thread eliminates the need for pre-drilling, minimising the risk of timber splitting, even near edges.

Hardened case and core construction provide additional strength and durability, making these screws highly resistant to pull-out forces. They can flex up to 35°, reducing the likelihood of shearing in flexible timber applications. The elementech 2000 surface treatment offers superior corrosion resistance—up to 30 times longer than standard zinc-coated screws—ensuring longevity even in harsh conditions.

CE approved for use in load-bearing timber construction, these screws are available in both green and tan finishes to suit different project requirements. The tan finish variant comes in a 7x250mm size, supplied in a convenient tub of 40 screws.
