ForgeFix High Tensile Set Screw ZP M10 x 50mm, Pack of 2
Zinc-plated grade 8.8 steel set screws (M10x50mm), DIN 933 compliant. Ideal for engineering & construction. Pack of 2.
The ForgeFix High Tensile Set Screw ZP M10 x 50mm is crafted from grade 8.8 steel and features a zinc-plated finish for superior corrosion resistance. Fully threaded and conforming to DIN 933 standards, these set screws ensure reliable performance in various fastening applications.
Zinc plating provides excellent oxidation prevention by forming a durable barrier and acting as a sacrificial anode if the coating is compromised. The resulting zinc oxide layer further protects the substrate, mirroring the protective qualities found in aluminium and stainless steel surfaces.
