ForgeFix High Tensile Set Screw ZP M8 x 30mm (Pack of 10)
Zinc-plated, grade 8.8 steel set screws for secure fastening, ideal for engineering & mechanical applications. Pack of 10.
The ForgeFix High Tensile Set Screw ZP M8 x 30mm is made from robust grade 8.8 steel with a zinc-plated finish, ensuring excellent resistance to corrosion and durability. These screws are fully threaded and conform to DIN 933 standards, making them a reliable choice for various fastening applications.
The zinc plating acts as a sacrificial anode, providing an extra layer of protection against oxidation and extending the lifespan of the screws. This feature makes them ideal for use in environments where corrosion resistance is crucial. The zinc oxide layer formed over the surface prevents further degradation, ensuring long-term performance.
