ForgeFix Nylon Rimmed Wall Plug M8 x 40mm - Pack of 100
Secure ForgeFix M8 x 40mm nylon wall plugs with rimmed design and anti-spin fins, ideal for edge applications.
The ForgeFix Nylon Rimmed Wall Plug M8 x 40mm provides a reliable and secure fixing solution for a variety of applications. These wall plugs are crafted from 100% nylon, ensuring durability and resistance to wear. Their rimmed design allows them to rest on the surface of the base material, making them particularly useful when the exact depth is unknown. Sprung anti-spin fins provide a two-way lock, preventing the plug from spinning or loosening, especially in overhead applications.
Features and Benefits
- Two-way expansion: Ensures a secure hold close to edges.
- Anti-spin fins: Prevents loosening in overhead applications.
- Rimmed design: Suitable for uncertain material depths.
Applications
Ideal for lightweight to medium-duty fixing tasks, these wall plugs are commonly used in satellite dish installations. They are suitable for all types of threaded screws, including multi-purpose, general-purpose, and coach screws. However, they are not suitable for machine screw threads.
