The ForgeFix Slotted Raised Head Nickel Plated Socket Screws offer a durable and aesthetically pleasing solution for attaching electrical wall sockets and switches. These screws feature a high-quality nickel-plated finish, which significantly enhances their corrosion resistance and longevity, making them ideal for electrical applications.
Designed specifically for securing wall sockets and switches to back plates, the screws' slotted heads allow for easy installation with compatible screwdrivers. Nickel plating not only provides excellent protection against corrosion but also maintains a bright, appealing finish that is both functional and visually pleasing.
Key Features
- Durable Construction: Nickel plating prolongs the screw's lifespan, resisting corrosion and cross-contamination.
- Slotted Head: Designed for compatibility with flathead screwdrivers, ensuring efficient installation.
- Raised Head Design: Combines countersunk and raised structures for better aesthetic appeal in ironmongery and lighting applications.
Installation Tips
For efficient use, ensure your screwdriver tip matches the screw slot width to prevent damaging the head. Flared tip screwdrivers are ideal for most applications, but parallel tips should be used when screws need to be driven below the material surface.
