This female push-on crimp terminal from Multicomp Pro is a double crimp connector designed for reliable and secure electrical connections. Constructed with high-quality brass and copper terminals, it meets the BS6017 (1981) standard, ensuring dependable performance. The terminal features a quick-disconnect type design with an electro-tin plated finish per BS1872 (1984), which provides excellent corrosion resistance and prevents oxidation, maintaining electrical integrity over time.
The insulator is made from durable vinyl and colour-coded for easy identification. An integrated cable entry guide eliminates flared wire strands, making installation faster and cleaner. A digit is indented above the crimp to verify correct usage, ensuring proper crimping every time. This terminal is suitable for wire gauges from 22AWG to 16AWG and has a conductor area of 1.5mm².
Built to meet full compliance with BS4579, IEC352-2, and ISO1996 standards, this terminal is rated for 10A and 600V at 105°C, with a wide operating temperature range from -20°C to +85°C.
