The PROTO ADVANTAGE SOIC14 to DIP14 Adaptor is a high-quality printed circuit board (PCB) designed to convert surface mount SOIC14 connectors to a DIP14 format. This adapter is constructed from 1.5mm thick FR4 epoxy fibreglass for excellent durability and reliability.
Featuring double-sided 35µm copper layers, the adapter ensures optimal electrical conductivity. Both sides are plated with chemical Ni/Au for superior corrosion resistance and solderability, while solder stop masks provide additional protection.
Top Side: Fits surface mount (SMD) connector footprint. Bottom Side: Equipped with pads for two single-row surface mount vertical headers, making it suitable for thru-hole applications.
