Q.Max 30mm Sheet Metal Punch

The Q.Max 30mm Sheet Metal Punch provides a quick and efficient solution for cutting clean, metric-sized holes in sheet metal up to 16 gauge. Its special design ensures even load distribution during cutting, resulting in burr-free holes that require no additional finishing.

Constructed with heat-treated cutting edges and a black anti-corrosive surface finish, this tool resists rusting and ensures long-term durability. Note that the punch is sold singly, and the required 8mm hexagonal wrench must be ordered separately.

Usage Instructions (for cutters up to 15mm):

• Thread the punch onto the hexagonal screw.
• Pass the hexagonal screw through the hole.
• Position the die on top of the die nut.
• Screw the die nut onto the projecting hexagonal screw until it touches the metal sheet.
• Use an 8mm hexagonal key to turn the screw, pulling the punch through the metal to create a clean hole.

For larger cutters (15mm+): The configuration differs, with fewer components as the thread is integrated into the punch, eliminating the need for a die nut.
