Precision Q.Max sheet metal punch for clean 1 5/8in holes in up to 16g metal. Heat-treated, rust-resistant, burr-free cuts.
The Q.Max Sheet Metal Punch provides a quick and efficient solution for creating clean, burr-free holes in sheet metal up to 16 gauge. Its special design ensures even load distribution during cutting, resulting in professional-quality holes that require no additional finishing.
Featuring heat-treated cutting edges and a black anti-corrosive surface finish, this punch is built to resist rust and maintain sharpness over time. Each punch comes boxed individually, though a key (5/16in hexagonal wrench) must be ordered separately for operation.
How to Use
- Drill a pilot hole through the sheet metal large enough to accommodate the hexagonal screw.
- Thread the die and hexagonal screw through the drilled hole.
- Attach the die nut and tighten the hexagonal screw.
- As you tighten, the punch will cut cleanly and evenly through the metal.
Designed for precision and durability, the Q.Max Sheet Metal Punch is an essential tool for professionals and DIY enthusiasts alike, ensuring smooth, accurate cuts every time.
