The Q.Max Sheet Metal Punch 35mm provides a quick and easy way to cut clean, metric-sized holes in sheet metal up to 16 gauge. Its special design ensures even load distribution during cutting, resulting in a smooth, burr-free hole that requires no additional finishing—making it ideal for professional metalworking applications.

The cutting edges are heat-treated and feature a black anti-corrosive surface finish to prevent rusting, enhancing durability and long-term performance. Please note: This punch is sold singly and does not include a key—a 10mm hexagonal wrench must be purchased separately for operation.

How to Use

For punches up to 15mm:

• Thread the punch onto the hexagonal screw.
• Pass the screw through the hole in the metal sheet.
• Position the die on top of the die nut.
• Screw the die nut onto the projecting hexagonal screw until it touches the metal sheet.
• Use a 10mm hex key to turn the screw—this will pull the punch through the metal, creating a clean hole.

For 35mm cutters (and other sizes 15mm+), the configuration differs—their thread is directly in the punch, eliminating the need for a die nut.
