Q.Max Sheet Metal Punch, 37.5mm, for 16 Gauge Metal

The Q.Max Sheet Metal Punch provides a quick and easy solution for cutting clean metric-sized holes in sheet metal up to 16 gauge. Its special design ensures even load distribution during cutting, resulting in burr-free holes that require no additional finishing, saving you time and effort in your projects.

Featuring heat-treated cutting edges with a black anti-corrosive surface finish, this punch is built to resist rust and maintain sharpness over extended use. Please note that the punch is sold singly without a key, which must be ordered separately for operation.

How to Use

To use the punch, thread it onto the hexagonal screw and pass the screw through the hole. Position the die on top of the die nut and then screw the die nut onto the projecting hexagonal screw until it touches the metal sheet. Use a 10mm hexagonal key to turn the screw, which will pull the punch through the metal, creating a clean hole.

Important Note

These instructions apply to punches up to 15mm in size. Larger cutters (15mm and above) have a different configuration, featuring fewer components—specifically, the thread is in the punch, eliminating the need for a die nut.
