The SCHURTER Transipillar Circular Male to Female Standoff provides a versatile and rugged insulation mounting system designed for demanding industrial applications. Constructed with a robust nylon 6.6 (polyamide 6.6) body, this cylindrical standoff ensures excellent durability and reliable performance. The studs and inserts are moulded directly into the nylon pillar, guaranteeing a secure and stable assembly.
Featuring zinc-plated steel stud threads and plain brass insert threads, the Transipillar offers superior electrical and mechanical properties. It boasts a UL94V-2 flammability rating, ensuring safety in environments where fire resistance is critical. With a stud length of 12.5mm and an insert depth of 12.5mm, it accommodates various mounting requirements with precision.
This standoff delivers impressive electrical insulation, featuring a dielectric strength of greater than 11kVDC and an insulation resistance of greater than 10000MΩ at 500VDC (with a 1mm minimum thickness).
