STAUBLI XEB-1R Series 4mm Shrouded Socket - Blue

The STAUBLI XEB-1R Series 4mm Shrouded Socket is a premium, insulated panel-mount connector designed for demanding industrial applications. Engineered for reliability and safety, this socket features a rigid insulating sleeve and is crafted from high-conductivity brass sheet, ensuring excellent electrical performance and longevity.

Its innovative design incorporates two insulated, semi-circular contacts that connect when a 4mm spring-loaded plug is inserted, providing a secure and stable switch function. This makes it an ideal component for creating safe, easily disconnectable circuits in control panels and electrical enclosures. The socket is designed to be screwed securely into pre-drilled panels made from either plastic or metal, offering versatile installation options.

For straightforward wiring, the connector is equipped with 2x flat quick-connect tabs (dimensions 4.8 x 0.8mm), enabling rapid and tool-free termination. The contacts are nickel-plated to enhance corrosion resistance and ensure a reliable, low-resistance connection over time. With a robust current rating of 20A and a high voltage rating of 1kV, this socket is built to handle significant power in a compact form factor.

The bright, shrouded yellow housing provides high visibility for easy identification in complex assemblies and adds an extra layer of insulation for operator safety. As part of the reputable STAUBLI XEB-1R series, this component guarantees the precision engineering and quality synonymous with the brand, making it a trusted choice for electrical engineers, panel builders, and maintenance technicians across various industries.
